Account deletion

This procedure applies to client and service provider accounts created on the Djitsahé website or application.

Delete your account

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Open Profile, then My information.
  3. Select Delete my account and confirm.

Data deleted or retained

The account is blocked immediately. Photos, verification documents, notifications and other temporary data are deleted. Remaining personal data is anonymised after 30 days. An anonymised record of jobs and transactions may be retained for safety, disputes and legal obligations.

When deletion is not available

A deletion request is rejected while a job, booking or dispute is still open. Complete or resolve it before trying again.
