By using Djitsahé, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, you must not use the platform.
Purpose of the service
Djitsahé is a platform that connects clients with home service providers. The platform facilitates service requests, bookings, communication and follow-up, but the chosen service provider remains responsible for delivering the service.
User accounts
Users agree to provide accurate information and keep their login details confidential. Some roles or features may require additional verification.
Requests, bookings and jobs
Clients must describe their needs clearly. Service providers must accept only jobs they can complete under the stated conditions.
Prices and payment
The Djitsahé service fee and the price of the service are shown separately where applicable. Unless stated otherwise, the service is paid directly to the service provider under the displayed terms.
Prohibited conduct
Fake accounts, misleading information, abusive content, attempts to bypass the platform, dangerous or discriminatory conduct and any unlawful activity are prohibited.
Reports and disputes
Users can report a problem through the designated areas. The Djitsahé team may request further information and take appropriate action.
Changes to the service
Djitsahé may update its features, verification rules, prices, available service areas or user journeys to improve safety and service quality.
